By accessing or using FlagMyDM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions contained herein, you may not access or use the app or website.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service. Your continued use of FlagMyDM following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

FlagMyDM is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

By using FlagMyDM, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements. If you are under 18, you must not use the app or submit any content.

FlagMyDM provides AI-generated conversation analysis and informational insights related to dating and communication. The app is intended for:

• Entertainment purposes — to explore AI-generated insights in a lighthearted way
• Personal decision support — as one input among many for personal choices

The service may generate match scores, red flag insights, green flag insights, reply suggestions, and conversation recommendations based on the content you choose to share.

You are solely responsible for:

• The content you choose to submit to FlagMyDM
• Any decisions you make based on insights provided by the app
• How you interpret and act on AI-generated suggestions
• Ensuring you have the right to share any conversation content you submit

FlagMyDM uses artificial intelligence to analyze conversations and generate insights. It is important to understand that:

• AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete
• Analysis quality may vary depending on input content
• Insights are generated by algorithms and do not reflect human expertise

FlagMyDM does not guarantee:

• Relationship outcomes or dating success
• Emotional compatibility between individuals
• Prediction accuracy of any kind

You retain full ownership of any content you submit to FlagMyDM, including conversations, screenshots, and any other materials.

By using the service, you grant FlagMyDM a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process submitted content for analysis purposes
• Analyze conversations to generate insights
• Improve service functionality and AI model performance

FlagMyDM does not claim ownership of your conversations or personal content. We do not share your submitted content with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

You may not use FlagMyDM for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Upload or submit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, abuse, or intimidate others using insights from the service
• Misuse the platform in any way that could damage or impair the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the service or systems
• Use the service for any purpose that is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Submit content that you do not have the right to share
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

Your privacy is important to us. Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Some features of FlagMyDM require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• All billing is handled securely through the Apple App Store
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID settings
• Refund requests are subject to Apple’s refund policies

FlagMyDM does not directly process payments or store your payment information. All transactions are handled by Apple in accordance with their terms of service.

FlagMyDM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited conduct.

You may stop using the service at any time. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at support@flagmydm.com.

FlagMyDM is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlagMyDM and its creators shall not be liable for:

• Any relationship outcomes or dating results
• Emotional harm, distress, or disappointment
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Reliance on AI-generated insights or suggestions
• Decisions made based on app-generated content

This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of FlagMyDM after any changes means you accept and agree to the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which FlagMyDM operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts in the relevant operating jurisdiction.
